To use connected textures and overlays of the MaltePack, you have to install the current version of Continuity (recommended) or Optifine.
PBR textures #
The MaltePack features PBR textures in the labPBR format, which enhances the visual quality of your game by simulating realistic materials and lighting effects. These PBR (Physically Based Rendering) textures not only respond to light in a way that mimics real-world materials but also include depth maps to simulate 3D surfaces, adding an extra layer of detail and realism. To fully utilize these PBR textures, you will need a shader pack that supports them. This combination will elevate your Minecraft visuals to a new level of realism.
To use PBR textures, you need to install the Iris mod (recommended) or Optifine and a compatible shader pack .
